1. No Size Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges due to size issues are not accepted.
Customers must review size charts before ordering.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Required for damage, wrong product, or missing item claims.
Video must show sealed package and continuous opening.
3. Reporting Time
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
Late claims may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
If required, customers may ship items directly to suppliers.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed after verification with receipt.
5. Color Variation
Minor color differences due to lighting or display settings are not defects.
6. Order Fulfillment
Products are sourced from external suppliers and shipped directly.
